Whether you are relocating on your own or with your family, we support you in securing accommodation that aligns with your lifestyle, preferences, and budget. From short-stay to long-term rentals, furnished or unfurnished, we take the time to understand your requirements and guide you through the Dutch housing market with clarity and confidence. Leveraging strong local expertise and an established network, we manage the entire process, including lease negotiations in accordance with Dutch law.

Good housing, in the right location, is a critical factor in a successful international relocation.

  • Introductory consultation to assess needs and preferences

  • Targeted market search and scheduling of up to five property viewings

  • Accompanied property viewings

  • Review and explanation of rental contracts and legal documentation

  • Property inspection and key handover

  • Assistance with setting up utilities (gas, electricity, and water)

 

Fees

One-time fee equal to one month’s rent + 21% VAT, with a minimum of:

  • €1,000 + 21% VAT – single occupant

  • €1,500 + 21% VAT – couple or shared living

Relocation Services 

Settling into a new country doesn’t have to be complicated. Our post-arrival services are designed to take care of the essential practical matters quickly and efficiently, so you can focus on work, family, and enjoying life in the Netherlands.

All services can be booked individually and tailored to your situation.

    Personal assistance with scheduling and attended appointment

  • Foreign Driving Licence Conversion
    Step-by-step assistance with the application process

  • Mobile & Internet Subscriptions
    Advice, comparison, and set-up tailored to your needs

School
Enrolment Support 

Relocating with children adds an extra layer of decision-making. We offer expert guidance to help you find the best educational options for your family.

Whether you are looking for daycare, a local Dutch school, or an international school—public or private, we work in close partnership with Young Expat Services to provide access to a nationwide education network. Our goal is to help you make confident, well-informed choices that fit your children’s needs and your budget.

- Overview call explaining the Dutch and international education systems 

- Tailored list of suitable schools

Support
